Data deletion

This page explains how to ask Carrick & Pavey to delete your personal information, including information collected through our website and our booking form. It's also the page we link to for Meta's data deletion requirements.

How to request deletion

Email admin@carrickandpavey.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include:

  • your name;
  • the email address or phone number you used with us;
  • the business name, if relevant.

We'll confirm receipt and let you know when your information has been deleted. We aim to finish within 30 days of receiving your request.

What we delete

  • Your details from the booking form.
  • Your enquiry in our email inbox and business records.
  • Your booking history in our booking calendar (Calendly).
  • Any marketing email subscriptions you have.

What we may keep

Some information must be kept for legal reasons, such as records of a signed client agreement, invoices or tax records. We'll tell you if this applies to you.

Data from Facebook and Instagram (Meta)

If you interacted with one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, or with a Meta login, you can also ask Meta to delete your information through your Meta account settings.
